Our focus is on the long-term athletic and personal development of every player. We train with a clear goal in mind: to create opportunities for our athletes to play collegiate or professional baseball. Beyond the game, we equip players with the skills and mindset to succeed in life long after their baseball careers. One hundred percent of all fees are reinvested directly into the development of the complete student-athlete.

Our Coaches and Approach

Our full-time coaches have a proven track record of developing high-performance players at the provincial, national, collegiate, and professional levels. They challenge athletes to become the best versions of themselves—both on and off the field. With player development guiding every decision and plan, our athletes build the confidence to compete and succeed in any situation.

We maintain small, intentional coach-to-player ratios to ensure meaningful development. Every athlete receives focused attention and instruction. For example, our weight room operates at a 1:4 ratio at all times, allowing for proper supervision and effective training. We will never place 16 to 20 players in a weight room with one coach—that’s unsafe and unproductive.

We Are the Program with the Opportunities and Scouting

We are proud to partner with the Future Stars Series, a program that provides strong local competition in May and June while keeping costs affordable. The true advantage lies in the exposure—our players compete in top-tier tournaments and showcase their skills in front of leading scouts and recruiters.

Unlike traditional Ontario leagues, which often face diluted competition, high travel costs, and unpredictable weather, the Future Stars Series offers a streamlined structure that maintains high-level competition, minimizes travel, and ensures consistent exposure to the best events.

Through Program 15, league games are broadcast on Synergy with TrackMan data, giving scouts and recruiters continuous access to player performance. The Future Stars Series is led by CEO Jeremy Booth, who brings over 20 years of MLB and NCAA experience. He is also the author of the internationally acclaimed book Inside the Mind of a Scout: What Every Parent Wishes They Knew About the Major League Scouting Process.
